Aleksandrina Terziyska is an Attorney-at-law with Stankov, Todorov, Hinkov & Spasov, Attorneys-at-Law and a member of the Sofia Bar Association.
She specializes in the field of court representation in civil, commercial and administrative cases, arbitration proceedings, contractual and insurance law, commercial transactions and bankruptcy. Aleksandrina is experienced in a wide variety of matters, including litigation and arbitration procedures, energy law, property and assets disputes, administrative law and court proceedings.
Over the years of her practice, she has participated in a number of court proceedings with wide public resonance, related to large investment projects and significant property interests. With a background in different insolvency proceedings, she has been involved in significant corporate cases, related to debt collection and payment of liabilities in complex court and out-of-court disputes. Her experience includes domestic and international arbitration and legal due diligence. Aleksandrina also advises foreign clients in connection with tax, commercial and litigation issues.
