MARIYA MARINOVA

Mariya Marinova is an Attorney-at-law with Stankov, Todorov, Hinkov & Spasov, Attorneys-at-Law and a member of the Sofia Bar Association.
She has a Master’s Degree in Law from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
He specializes in the field of crimes against the person and one’s property, economic crimes, crimes against customs regimes, the monetary, credit, financial and tax systems, allegations of corruption and document fraud.
From 2022 to 2023, Mariya participated in the joint internship program of the Sofia District Court and the Bulgarian-American Commission for Educational Exchange Fulbright, aiming to gain practical experience. Based on her participation in this program, Mariya has gained practical experience in criminal and administrative criminal proceedings.
Mariya has been appearing in criminal cases as a juror at Sofia City Court since 2022, where she gained experience in criminal law and criminal procedure law.
Before joining the team of Stankov, Todorov, Hinkov & Spasov, Attorneys-at-Law, Mariya worked at Global Consult Accounting Ltd., where she has gained experience in commercial, tax and administrative law.
