Petya Stankova-Ilieva graduated from the Law Faculty of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" among the top of her class.

Prior to her tenure at Stankov, Todorov, Hinkov & Spasov Law Firm, Petya accumulated three years of invaluable experience at Georgiev, Todorov & Co. Between 2019 and 2021, she further honed her legal acumen as a Fulbright Intern at the Sofia District Court. Sofia District Court.

Her legal practice is predominantly concentrated in the realms of property law, spatial planning, and both civil and administrative procedure. Petya is adept at providing comprehensive legal opinions regarding the complexities of real estate and spatial planning regulations, including issues of collectivization, restitution, and the nuances of public and private property held by state and municipal entities.

In her advisory role, she expertly guides clients through real estate acquisitions, conducting thorough analyses of ownership succession and identifying potential risks for buyers. Her insights encompass the intended use of properties and pertinent regulatory constraints, alongside the drafting of preliminary and final contracts.
